Delete your Spirian
account and data
You can request deletion of your Spirian account and associated personal data.
If you can access your account
Log in to your Spirian member area, go to Danger Zone, and choose Delete Account.
If you cannot access your account
Contact us at support@spirian.ai from the email address connected to your Spirian account and request account deletion.
—What happens when your account is deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete your account profile, journal entries, conversation history, guide memory, and associated app data, unless we are required to retain limited information for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or payment record reasons.
—Delete specific data without closing your account
You don't have to delete your entire account. You can selectively remove the following data from within the app or by contacting support.
Delete journal entries
Permanently remove all your journal entries. Go to Settings → Danger Zone in the app, or email support@spirian.ai.
Delete guide memory
Reset your guide's memory so it no longer retains context from past conversations. Go to Settings → Danger Zone in the app, or email support@spirian.ai.
Important: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through Google Play or Apple before deleting your account. Deleting your Spirian account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.
